About Us
SammyFisher.com began operations
1997 selling fishing products under the business name PJ's, named after the
founder. Then in 2002, the website ShimanoDealer.com was created to expand
business operations world wide and offered Shimano products exclusively.
As one of the largest Shimano internet only exclusive dealers for several years
ShimanoDealer.com expanded product offerings to include other manufacturers
products and created the website SammyFisher.com in 2009. After moving to
the new website in July 2009, the Guy Harvey product line was introduced along
with Guy Harvey gift items. We have shipped thousands of orders around the
world and United States.
Availability:
We attempt to have
available all products
listed on our website in stock, however, in some cases, an item may be out of stock.
In that event you will be notified. If an item you have purchased is not in stock with
us or our distributor at the time of your
order our customer service department will notify you and offer a refund,
substitute item or offer to place your item on back order. We will send
you an email notifying you that the item is on back order and the expected
shipping time. We will give you the option to keep your order in place,
substitution for similar items, store credit or a full refund. It is your
option.
If you don't
see a particular product listed on our site, chances are we have it available but it has not been
listed on our web site. So, please email
CustomerService@SammyFisher.com for availability. We are always
adding items so please feel free to contact us with the product information
of the item you are looking for and we will be happy to assist you.
International Orders:
We do ship
products internationally everyday. If your purchase is below $20 we will
ship
your order international air mail with the United States Postal Service
1st Class uninsured unless you advise us that you would like an alternative shipping
method.
If your order exceeds $20 and below $40 your order will ship using
Registered Mail and we will send you an invoice for the additional shipping
charges. If your purchase exceeds $40 we only offer Express Mail and
United Parcel Service both of which offer tracking of your package. Registered Mail is not trackable but insured up to $40. Orders placed over the $40 will have to
be shipped with Express Mail with tracking and comes with $100 insurance usually
additional insurance may be purchased. You will be notified by
email of the additional shipping charges and a Paypal invoice for additional
shipping charges before we ship any order over $20.
